Well m’dears. I have officially and ruthlessly cleaned out my closet. Clothes that I never wear, even though I might wear them someday (maybe), are going to the thrift store. As are most things that don’t fit, are worn out (you can only repair a pair of jeans so many times, people), or very out of style.
I do this closet cleansing every few years. Mostly to make room for the new stuff, but also to cleanse metaphorically. Keeping jeans that haven’t fit in years and shirts that are too tight does nothing for me. Even though I’m vowing to actually start working out regularly this academic year. It ususally doesn’t go that far. I’m pretty fervent this time though, so we’ll see how things go.
I even got rid of a few pairs of shoes. Granted, they were about 10 years old and I hadn’t worn them in as many years. I’ve decided that in the past year, I’ve become a shoe whore. And it’s all “What Not to Wear”’s fault. And I’m slowly becoming a bag hag.
Eeek!
As always, I’ve updated more at left. Look around! You might learn something new.
